Richard Luthmann has finally stopped pretending. In a move that signals the total collapse of his mental faculties, the disbarred felon has graduated from mere xenophobia to full-blown Aryan racial theory. When you’re being sued, apparently the next logical step is to start sounding like a 1930s eugenicist to prove you’re a nice guy.
The Racial Purity Ploy
Richard Luthmann’s latest Substack post, fixating on the Aryan Race is a masterclass in racist delusion. By attempting to lecture Danesh Noshirvan on his own heritage through the lens of racial purity, Luthmann has abandoned even the pretense of investigative journalism. This is raw, unadulterated bigotry used as a weapon of degradation and intimidation.
Luthmann is attempting to use ethnic identity to belittle Noshirvan, framing the litigation as a racial conflict rather than what it actually is: a legal reckoning for a group of paid harassers and the people who pay them.
Using pseudo-scientific racial categories to dehumanize a legal opponent is very right wing White Supremacism.
• The Goal: To appeal to the white nationalist fringes of the internet to find a new audience for his failing subscription model.
• The Reality: Luthmann is a convicted fraudster with no standing to lecture anyone on history, heritage, or the law.
The Couture-Garramone Connection: Funding Hate

And let’s not forget who’s paying for this. Court records in the Middle District of Florida have established that Jennifer Couture and Ralph Garramone provided the financial backing for Luthmann’s activities. When Luthmann posts about Aryan theories and racial hierarchies, he’s doing so while on the payroll of plastic surgery practise that’s part of a corporate plastic surgery chain.
Couture and Garramone aren’t just silent observers; they are the financiers of a man who’s now using neo-Nazi tropes to attack the plaintiff in the lawsuit against them.
The Trial by Combat to Aryan Race Pipeline
Luthmann has always been obsessed with medieval and racial imagery. From his “trial by combat” request in New York to his current obsession with Aryan identity, there’s a clear through-line of a man who believes he’s above the law because of some imagined historical or racial status.
The federal justice system, however, doesn’t care about Luthmann’s fantasies. In 2019, they saw him as a common wire fraudster and extortionist. Luthmann, a man who lost his status, his license, and his freedom, must be desperate to feel superior to someone. He chooses racism because it’s the easiest tool for a small mind, and the color of his skin is about the only thing he still owns. Every time Luthmann posts these racist screeds, he provides Noshirvan’s legal team with more evidence of malice, the key ingredient for a massive defamation judgment.
Why Luthmann’s Racism is a Sign of Defeat
For that matter, you don’t start talking about Aryan supremacy when you’re winning. You do it when your arguments have been shredded, your journalist privilege has been revoked, and your financial ties to your co-conspirators are common knowledge.
Richard A. Luthmann’s Aryan post is a pathetic display of a broken man. It’s racist, it’s legally irrelevant, and it’s a direct reflection of the people who fund him. Danesh Noshirvan is a digital investigator. Luthmann is a racist felon. The court knows the difference and soon, the bill for this hate speech will come due.
